Management Analyst (Executive Resources)
LOCATION: Washington, DC
POSITION TYPE: Onsite
Summary:
The Management Analyst (Executive Resources) supports the executive resource operations in Washington, DC. This position is responsible for providing expert analysis and support in the management and allocation of executive resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in management analysis, with a focus on executive resources. DHS experience is preferred.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in management analysis, with a focus on executive resources.
  • Strong experience in resource allocation, strategic planning, and executive management support.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough analysis of executive resource needs and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • DHS experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with federal executive resource management processes and regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
