Job Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive will play a critical role in driving the companyโs growth across the U.S. market by owning the complete sales lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market clients. This role focuses on selling offshore development, product engineering, and custom software services to technology-driven organizations.
The ideal candidate is a consultative, results-oriented sales professional with a strong understanding of U.S. enterprise buying processes, capable of generating pipeline, managing complex accounts, and closing high-value deals in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
Drive outbound prospecting initiatives and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
Penetrate and manage complex enterprise and mid-market accounts
Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, and procurement stakeholders
Present company capabilities, value propositions, and case studies effectively
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and sales documentation
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure client success and long-term relationships

5โ12 years of experience in IT services, product engineering, or custom software sales
Demonstrated success in closing enterprise or mid-market accounts
Experience selling offshore development or engineering servicesย (preferred)
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business needs
