Responsibilities

Responsible for executing sales and marketing plan for assigned territory to meet and exceed admission goals. Responsible for generating new referral source opportunities as well and maintaining and growing current referral sources.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or health related field preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

As a Account Executive, you will:

  • Develops and maintains referral source relationships within a competitive marketplace (Ex. hospitals, senior living, physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers).
  • Present disease-specific Right Path Programs through MPower sales process to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Prioritize accounts in accordance with market sales plan for territory routing to create growth.
  • Execute pre-call sales planning analyzing data through Trella, competitor intel, referral source history trends, current state of referral source, and routing plan to achieve individual and branch admission goals.
  • Utilize current CRM (Ex. RSL) for sales call documentation meeting monthly call threshold.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clinical operations team to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
  • Organize and prepare territory reports assigned by RSM in a timely manner.
  • Create new business opportunities through community outreach and participate in on-going assessment of community needs.
