• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique needs and establish therapeutic goals.
• Provide brief, evidence-based interventions focused on prevention and treatment, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that align with client needs and connect them to necessary services.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing vital information with healthcare providers, families, and community resources.
• Facilitate crisis intervention efforts, responding promptly and effectively to emergencies as they arise.
• Maintain accurate client records, ensuring timely completion of reports and compliance with organization standards.

This role focuses on a diverse client population, particularly individuals facing socioeconomic challenges, cultural barriers, and varying levels of access to healthcare. You will be working with clients who experience significant symptoms of major mental illnesses, offering support in navigating their emotional and psychological needs. • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required; an LCSW is essential for this role.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly within community health settings, is essential.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and professional conduct in the field of social work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client interactions and documentation.

• Experience working with underserved populations and familiarity with their unique healthcare challenges.
• Knowledge of community resources and services available to support client needs.

The salary range for this position is competitive and is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
