A-Line staffing is hiring for a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative in Pittsburgh, PA If interested APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration. Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative Details · Location: MUST live within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, PA 15222 – on site 1st day before going remote · Required to come in for meetings and special projects · Payrate: $16.50/hr+ - depending on bilingual status · Required Availability: Mon-Fri only, hours vary 8a-7p, 32 to 40 hours per week, possible OT. Extended hours are 8a – 10p.

Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative Job Description · Quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner by identifying and exceeding expectations by responding in a respectful, accurate, timely manner, consistently meeting commitments via phone, email, and instant message. · Ability to customize customer service approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism, and diplomacy during difficult calls. · Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements.
