Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ann Arbor, MI, for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu creation, meal preparation, and staff management. Responsibilities include selecting and sourcing high-quality ingredients, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, supervising kitchen teams, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with management to innovate offerings that align with the restaurant’s vision.


Qualifications

  • Proven culinary skills, including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation expertise
  • Leadership qualities, including team management, staff training, and collaboration abilities
