Executive Assistant
Location: Lehi, Utah
As an Executive Assistant at Serenity Healthcare, you will be a pivotal member of our team, providing comprehensive support to our medical executives. This role demands a high level of efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality, as well as the ability to manage diverse priorities with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive administrative support to executives.
  • Effectively manage complex calendars and schedules.
  • Meticulously monitor multiple messaging and email platforms, responding on behalf of the Provider as required.
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity in tracking key action items and issues.
  • Prepare meeting notes, agendas, and gather relevant information for meetings.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively complete other relevant tasks as requested.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting a high-level professional.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
