Armed Protective Agent (ATM Escort Security)

Job Type: Full-Time | W-2 Employee
Schedule: Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts Available
Pay: Weekly Direct Deposit

Position Overview

ZF Collective is currently hiring Armed Protective Agents to support ATM technician escort operations throughout Ohio. This position is responsible for providing armed security and protective presence for ATM service technicians during scheduled service and maintenance operations.

This posting is specifically for the Dayton, Ohio area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide armed security escorts for ATM technicians during service operations
  • Maintain a professional and vigilant presence at all assignment locations
  • Conduct site observations and identify potential safety or security concerns
  • Follow company policies, post orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain professional appearance and communication standards at all times
  • Complete required reports and incident documentation when necessary
  • Safely operate a personal vehicle while traveling between assignment locations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Ohio Armed Security Officer certification/license
  • Current OPOTA 20-Hour Firearms Certification required
  • Ability to pass a background investigation
  • Reliable personal transportation required
  • Must possess and maintain:
    • Duty firearm
    • Level III retention holster
    • Duty belt
    • Ballistic vest/body armor
    • Minimum of two spare magazines
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and maintain situational awareness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior military, law enforcement, executive protection, or armed security experience
  • Experience working mobile patrol, ATM escort, or high-value asset protection assignments
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
