Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $60K–$80K salary plus bonus potential

Position Summary:

We're seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive in the XXXX area to grow our business by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. This role manages the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presentations to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships - while collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth
  • Conduct presentations and service demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license
