Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate exudes & demonstrates passion about security, safety, and technology. This candidate should be within commuting distance of our work location in Atlanta, GA. Ideal skills include customer service, strong communication, experience in a physical security role, and reliability, and an understanding of basic risk management principles. The candidate should be able to thrive in an environment with shifting priorities, projects, and expectations in an evolving security program. The candidate must understand and adhere to discretion and confidentiality, applying it to their everyday job tasks while assessing & communicating sensitive topics & risks in a reasonable manner. The candidate must operate with integrity in every facet of their job role.

What You Will Work On

  • Be responsible for safeguarding the client, family, and personal property located onsite and/or at principal residence.
  • Incorporate the clientโ€™s core values and code of conduct in all decisions and actions.
  • Be responsible for making real-time operational decisions that enhance safety for the clientย 
  • Maintain and manage all security logs, radio logs, visitor information, residence audits, vehicle inspections, and security phone communication.
  • Monitor detection system, panic alarms, and CCTV camera system.
  • Access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
  • Demonstrate effective communication with the client, the family, and other team members.
  • Support with risk assessment / pre-planning Executive attendance at events as well as coordinating Crisis24 support personnel
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Promote and establish effective working relationships with the client and the Detail Leader to quickly resolve operational issues without affecting the clientโ€™s quality of life.
  • Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
  • Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment.

Who You Will Work Withย ย 

In your role as an EP Agent/Driver you will work directly with a team of EP professionals who operate 24/7 to safeguard our clients.

What You Will Bringย ย 

  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Protection, ERT, PSD, or RST.
  • A valid LEOSA permit, Concealed Carry Weapons permit, Exposed Firearm Permit, Guard Card, and/or CPR certification.
  • Participation in random drug screenings.
  • Team members must always maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard.
  • Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Prior military, law enforcement experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation preferred.
  • Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.
