Position Overview
The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of complex organizational and IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and successful execution. This role leverages project management, change management, and process improvement expertise to drive efficiency, resource optimization, and strategic results.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm CST
Salary Range:
$85,000- $105,000 commensurate with experience
Location: Remote- Must be US based, and able to work with no restrictions in the US in a remote home office.

  • Manage and deliver complex IT and organizational projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and EHR integrations.

  • Assist in developing and rolling out IT PMO standards and processes.
  • Facilitate post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future project execution.

Education Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required, or equivalent experience.

Professional Qualifications:
  • Experience managing complex projects and programs, including Gantt chart creation.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with new application implementation (e.g., ERP, EHR, TMS).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration.
  • Experience establishing and executing IT PMO processes.
