Role and Responsibilities: As a Project Leader at SFBLIC, you’ll spearhead key strategic projects, guiding them from conception to completion. This role is a unique opportunity to not only manage your own project but also to support larger initiatives under the mentorship of experienced Project Managers and Senior Leaders.   • Lead projects with precision, meeting clear objectives and delivering exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with inspired, dedicated teams, drawing on the expertise of IT, Policy Administration, Marketing, Management, and others
  • Shape strategies and adapt plans to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders, ensuring project success.

  • Craft, convey, and uphold Project Management plans and project roadmaps alongside your teams.

  • Manage project artifacts, DevOps boards, and maintain effective communication channels with teams.
