Sky Cliff Center, a mission‑driven nonprofit adult day program serving adults with intellectual, developmental, and acquired neurological disabilities, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and service excellence. About the Role The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer and is responsible for strategic leadership, program oversight, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, staff development, and community engagement. This role ensures the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centered services that promote independence, dignity, safety, and meaningful daily experiences for our participants. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning, organizational development, and mission‑driven initiatives. Oversee all program operations, participant services, and care coordination. Ensure compliance with Medicaid, HIPAA, ADA, CDPHE, and all licensing requirements. Manage budgeting, financial performance, fundraising, and grant development. Recruit, supervise, and support staff across all departments. Build strong relationships with families, healthcare partners, donors, and community organizations. Represent Sky Cliff Center at community events and advocate for adults with disabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Public Administration, Business, or related field). Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit, healthcare, disability services, adult day services, or related fields. Experience with IDD, TBI, stroke, dementia, or neurological conditions strongly preferred. Demonstrated skills in financial management, compliance, staff leadership, and fundraising. QMAP, CPR/First Aid/AED certifications preferred or ability to obtain.
