Role description:
Arcadis is looking to hire a Program Manager - Mobility to support multi-phase mobility and transportation programs, overseeing the full lifecycle of high-impact projects-spanning roadway, transit, and multimodal initiatives. This role ensures efficient project delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a history of successful public infrastructure delivery, and preferably, direct experience with FDOT projects and processes.
Role accountabilities:
• Develop and implement program roadmaps, strategic priorities, risk management plans, and key performance indicators aligned with agency goals.
• Engage and coordinate with DOT officials, local governments, transit agencies, engineering consultants, contractors, public utilities, and community leaders.
• Facilitate public meetings, hearings, and community outreach to engage stakeholders regarding mobility projects.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Prepare executive summaries, board presentations, and public-facing reports; maintain program dashboards and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Transportation Planning, Public Administration, or any related field.
• Deep knowledge of transportation policies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including public communications and executive reporting.
Preferred:
• FDOT policies.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $87,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
