We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio for a rapidly growing SaaS and deep-tech organization. This is a leadership role for a product professional who has successfully built and scaled enterprise software products while managing high-performing product teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Product Management, a strong understanding of Observability platforms and technologies, and the ability to translate customer needs into innovative, scalable products. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to define product strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the long-term product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and customer obsession.
  • Drive the complete product lifecycle, from market research and product discovery to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality enterprise SaaS products on schedule.
  • Develop deep customer insights through research, analytics, and direct customer engagement to identify new product opportunities.
  • Own prioritization decisions by balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
  • Establish product success metrics, monitor product performance, and leverage data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on portfolio planning, investment decisions, and long-term product growth initiatives.
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments, particularly within the Observability ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 15-25 years of overall professional experience, including significant leadership experience in Product Management.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise SaaS or deep-tech products from strategy through execution.
  • Strong expertise in Observability, including monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, application performance monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, or cloud-native observability platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision and execute complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
  • Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams using Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and product discovery frameworks.
Good to Have
  • Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for enterprise SaaS products.
  • Exposure to AI, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, or platform engineering domains.
  • Experience working with global enterprise customers and scaling products across international markets.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
