Job description

We're seeking a PMO Procurement Support Manager to support a large-scale procurement transformation initiative. This high-visibility role partners with Procurement, Finance, and business leaders to drive executive reporting, program governance, and strategic initiative tracking.
  • Pay Rate: $70-75/hr W2

Responsibilities:
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Coordinate CFO, Finance, and business stakeholder updates.
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through across key initiatives.
  • Build meeting materials, status reports, and operating review content.
  • Support onboarding, training, and process documentation.
  • Manage initiative pipelines, savings tracking, and portfolio reporting within Asana.
  • Help establish scalable processes and long-term operating rhythms.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7-10+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Management Consulting, Transformation, or Procurement/Finance Operations
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
