Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive travel arrangements.
- Coordinate logistics for catering, accommodations, and special requests for executives and visitors.
- Organize and support internal and external events, including conferences, meetings, and corporate gatherings.
- Support cross-functional projects across departments, including but not limited to office operations, marketing, and investor relations.
- Assist with document management and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth operations through proactive problem-solving.
- Provide high level support through strategic decision-making, including evaluating operational priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and advising leadership on process improvements and organizational efficiency.
