Sales Executive - Washington DC

 

Overview

QxBranch is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue for new and existing accounts in QxBranch's data analytics business.  This role will be responsible for executing and refining our sales strategy to grow QxBranch's predictive analytics business with enterprise customers.

A proven track record in developing relationships and selling data analytics consulting solutions to a range of enterprise customers and small to medium sized businesses is required. This position is based in our Washington DC office, regular travel within the US.

Experience should include at least five years in sales of data analytics consulting solutions, with a preference given to applicants who have experience in new customer acquisition for machine learning and AI solutions with a previous track record of success in the insurance and financial services industry.

Responsibilities Include

Analyzing markets and potential customer segments to develop sales plans for new business.

Providing accurate and timely forecasts of current customer and prospect opportunities and deals.

Developing relationships with new leads and prospects driving new customer acquisition.

Developing strategic account management plans resulting in protecting, managing and growing existing customer relationships.

Leading the development of proposals, balancing commercial outcomes with cost and deadlines.

Working with QxBranch's data analytics team defining solution concepts, project resourcing estimates and pricing.

Promoting QxBranch through a range of a marketing channels and supporting the development of marketing materials.

Developing and maintaining internal and external collaborative relationships.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

Successful track record of driving sales and growing accounts in a highly technical sales arena with enterprise customers.

Experience building and managing a sales pipeline to drive quarter over quarter results.

Understanding of advanced data analytics concepts including machine learning, high performance databases, industry best-practices, regulations, and industry models.

Experience selling to and working with key business, technology and data science executives.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-aligned field with specializations related to computer science preferred.

Experience in Business to Business selling.

Minimum equivalent of 4 years relevant industry experience.

Ability to demonstrate keen business acumen.
