Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive, Business Development to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of ticket sales for Player 15 Group, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.
Your Role on the Team
  • Proactively generate season ticket and membership revenue across all Player 15 Group properties through outbound sales efforts including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations
  • Consistently exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and sales activity minimum standards
  • Create tailored membership packages and experiences that align with client needs and drive long-term value and retention
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, networking events, and market research
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while tracking all activity using internal system (e.g., CRM, etc.)
  • Attend games and events to host clients, build relationships, and identify upsell and referral opportunities
  • Support department-wide initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in membership strategy
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Your Skills and Experience
  • Coachable, collaborative, and driven with a strong work ethic and commitment to individual and team success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for relationship building
  • Comfortable with cold calling, in-person meetings, and event hosting
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficient in Ticketmaster Archtics, Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Strong desire to grow a career in sports ticket sales and service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of sales experience (ticket sales, B2B, fundraising, or hospitality sales preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
