Job description

Role Overview:
The Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Consultant will engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and KPI requirements. This role involves analyzing end-to-end Oracle Fusion business processes, designing comprehensive business dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions, and recommending best practices leveraging Oracle FDI capabilities. The consultant will also support business users through UAT, training, and solution adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and KPI requirements.
  • Analyze end-to-end Oracle Fusion business processes across Finance.
  • Design business dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices leveraging Oracle FDI capabilities.
  • Support business users during UAT, training, and solution adoption.

Required Skills:
  • Oracle Fusion Applications (Finance)
  • Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
  • BI Publisher
  • SQL and complex query development
  • Data modeling and warehousing concepts
  • ETL / ELT processes
  • Data integration and APIs
  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes
  • Requirements gathering and solution design
  • Stakeholder management
  • Workshop facilitation and business process mapping

Qualifications:
  • Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:
  • Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) implementation experience.
  • Exposure to Finance and Procurement analytics.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops and executive discussions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion AI/GenAI capabilities.
  • Exposure to data governance and master data management.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
