Build Your Legacy:

At Legacy Professional Services, we believe successful projects start with exceptional people.

Across the country, owners, contractors, utilities, and public agencies trust us to deliver complex infrastructure, construction, energy, and mission-critical projects. Whether supporting a major capital improvement program, a hyperscale data center, an energy initiative, or critical community infrastructure, our work helps create the systems and facilities people rely on every day. We are an integral part of the teams that deliver projects.

Our professionals bring expertise in construction management, program management, project controls, quality assurance and quality control, commissioning support, asset management, workforce solutions, and energy programs. Together, we help clients solve challenges, improve performance, and achieve successful outcomes.

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for talented professionals who are ready to make an impact, build meaningful careers, and help shape the future of Legacy.

The Opportunity:

Legacy Professional Services is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and manage integrated master schedules for hyperscale data center construction projects.

In this role, you'll collaborate with owners, general contractors, trade partners, commissioning teams, and project leadership to plan, monitor, and optimize every phase of project delivery-from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, and owner turnover. Your expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, risk analysis, and project controls will help ensure complex, fast-track projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented scheduling professional who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and enjoys turning complex project data into actionable plans that drive successful outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects.
  • Build and manage detailed schedules covering site development, core and shell construction, MEP systems, IT infrastructure, commissioning, and owner turnover.
  • Integrate long-lead equipment procurement into baseline schedules to support critical project milestones.
  • Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and monitor schedule performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze subcontractor and vendor schedules to validate sequencing, logic, float, and critical path integrity.
  • Track project milestones, including mechanical completion, energization, integrated systems testing (IST), Ready for Service (RFS), and final turnover.
  • Conduct Time Impact Analyses (TIA), evaluate schedule risks, and develop recovery plans when needed.
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM), schedule reporting, KPI dashboards, and executive project updates.
  • Lead schedule review meetings, pull-planning sessions, and collaborative planning workshops with project stakeholders.
  • Communicate schedule risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support successful delivery of multi-building, phased hyperscale construction programs.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Three or more years of project scheduling experience supporting large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or infrastructure construction projects.
  • Strong proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, commissioning, and project controls.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractor schedules and managing schedule updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting hyperscale data center or mission-critical construction projects.
  • Experience on projects exceeding $100 million.
  • Working knowledge of commissioning processes (Levels 1-5), utility coordination, phased energization, and long-lead equipment procurement.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other project reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Understanding of Tier III and Tier IV data center redundancy concepts, including N+1 and 2N architectures.

Preferred Certifications:
