Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hello, hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, , hallo, vitejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a campus in Austin, Texas which is now home to our US operations. You have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

About the team

Our Mid-Market Sales team is an ambitious and collaborative group helping organizations transform how they bring ideas to life with Canva Enterprise. We work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to solve customer challenges and drive real business impact. Together, we're accelerating Canva's Mid-Market growth and bringing our mission of empowering the world to design to organizations everywhere.

About the Role

Our Mid-Market Account Executives get to know customers' goals and challenges, then match them with Canva Enterprise solutions that make a real difference. They own the full sales cycle - building pipeline, earning trust with decision-makers, and delivering lasting customer value. Whether it's helping sales teams create standout content, marketing teams produce campaigns at scale, or entire organizations strengthen brand consistency, they bring the right solution to every customer.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle across your Mid-Market territory, from prospecting and discovery through solution alignment, negotiation, and close, with accountability for achieving your revenue goals

  • Proactively generate and develop a healthy pipeline by identifying high-potential accounts, creating new opportunities, and consistently engaging the right customers and stakeholders

  • Drive Discovery to deeply understand each customer's goals, challenges, and ways of working, then connect their needs to tailored Canva Enterprise solutions that deliver meaningful business value

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers, balancing high-velocity execution with strategic thinking to navigate both fast-moving opportunities and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Own your territory like a business, developing thoughtful territory and account plans, prioritizing where to invest your time, maintaining an accurate and predictable forecast, and using data and customer insights to drive sustainable growth

What we're looking for

  • You've got 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record in net-new customer acquisition, and consistently beating ambitious revenue goals

  • You're a strong prospector - you know how to build your own pipeline from scratch

  • You're experienced working fast-moving velocity deals and longer, more strategic sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

  • You know how to navigate complexity - bringing stakeholders together, uncovering real business challenges, and turning them into tailored solutions that create measurable value

  • You approach your territory strategically: solid account plans, smart prioritization, and the rigor to build pipeline and forecast accurately

  • You're a confident communicator who builds credibility with execs and leads meetings and negotiations with authority

  • You thrive in a high-performance environment and bring the curiosity, adaptability, and coachability to keep getting better

What's in it for you?

Achieving our crazy big goals motivates us to work hard - and we do - but you'll experience lots of moments of magic, connectivity and fun woven throughout life at Canva, too. We also offer a range of benefits to set you up for every success in and outside of work.

Here's a taste of what's on offer:

  • Equity packages - we want our success to be yours too

  • Health benefits plans to support you and your wellbeing

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution

  • Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents & carers

  • An annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support your wellbeing, social connection, office setup & more

  • Flexible leave options that empower you to be a force for good, take time to recharge and supports you personally
