Description

SAIC is seeking a highly proactive, digitally savvy, and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support SAIC's Infrastructure Enablement SVP and Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role, you will go beyond traditional administrative support by seamlessly integrating the latest AI and digital productivity tools into daily operations. You will act as a critical extension of the SVP and CIO office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations (administrative tasks, expense reports, facilitating staff meetings, supporting communications to the team) while also collaborating closely with the Infrastructure Enablement SVP/CIO and Chief of Staff to help prepare executive level materials supporting key strategies. 

This position can be 100% remote with limited travel for the right candidate

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelors and 1 year of experience or High school Diploma and 5 years of experience

Digital & AI Savvy 
Proficiency in enterprise collaboration suites (Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel, Teams). Comfortable using AI tools and capabilities to enhance personal and organizational productivity.

Communication Skills 
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Collaboration 
Strong ability to partner effectively with the Office of the CIO team and other senior leadership stakeholders.

Agility & Problem Solving 
Highly adaptable with a proactive mindset. Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot logistical issues independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Executive Material Creation
Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to draft, format, and polish materials (presentations, strategic reports, briefings) that support key strategies for sharing at the executive and board levels.

Meeting Logistics and Facilitation
Drive the logistics and execution of staff and team meetings. Prepare agendas, ensure required pre-read materials are distributed, and capture actionable notes and follow-ups during key leadership sessions.
