Job description

Strategic planning and leadership: Create strategies and develop them to maintain business goals, also, identify market opportunities and provide direction to members of management team and supervisors.o Accomplishes department objectives by leading its supervisory staff and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation. Accountable for ensuring continuity of services for the organization through planning, leadership, and projects coordination.o Evaluate construction costs for fiber optic infrastructure expansion (internal and external customers).· Operations Management: Manage daily operations, oversee installations/maintenance/field service, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high networks performance and uptime. Also, you will need to integrate with Network Operating Center management for decisions on establishing future locations for the offsite network equipment and construction of infrastructure. As part of the service the organization provides you will need to see for the equipment needed, outages, and field services required.o Perform quality control on the field jobs.o Direct installation crew and ensure the maximum # is met.o Ensure outages are repaired within standard practices and on time.o Oversee new projects development and supervise related issues.o Coordinate all necessary work with NOC and follow up on this type of worko Manage all related tasks between Design Department and daily information needed for fiberhoods. (fiber available communities)o Manage field service team guaranteeing infrastructure is up to date to minimize risks.o Must coordinate projects related to fiber and infrastructure expansion.o Must be ready for emergencies response.o Collaborate with engineering, sales and executive leadership.o Safety standards in general construction industry, field and OSHA regulations.· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead technical teams. We expect to have a high performing culture. You will also manage payroll, disciplinary actions, and follow up with documentation on internal policies, procedures and regulatory compliance as needed. Follow up with HR when necessary.Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to department’s supervisors.Coordinate and lead staff meetings to establish goals and objectives.Follow up on any related issue and· Budgeting: Your role will monitor the expenses, manage the budget and control costs for telecom services and projects. Will work with CFO for budgeting planning.o Negotiate prices with vendors and subcontractors.o Be aware of materials prices and coordinate with inventory/warehouse department.o Create plans to control and track expenses and make informed financial decisions for projects and expansion.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or related field.
  • · Bilingual- English/Spanish
  • · Proven management experience (6+years) in telecommunications, or related tech environments.
  • · Having technical experience in internet technologies, hardware/software will be a plus
Salary range

TBD (Based on your experience).

Weekly 05 days. Sunday To Thursday. 09 AM to 06 PM . (Launch Break 01 Hour)
