Job description

Amazon International Operations Finance Team is seeking a curious, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Finance Directors. This role is great for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys partnering with other EAs and senior leaders.
This role demands a strong sense of urgency, the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment and knowing the right time to ask questions and request directions. You will be a detail oriented, with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility

You will have a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, be customer-service oriented and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. Having great organization skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice will ensure success. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.

Key job responsibilities
- Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
- Manage domestic and international travel
- Manage expenses in timely manner
- Assist with key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, townhall meetings and team offsites)
- Track completion of key deliverables; follow up on items and projects as requested
- Work closely with your leader's team and other Executives Assistants to provide complete support
- Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration
- Support annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles for your team.

Our Executive Assistants are the operational force that keeps senior leadership running at full speed, enabling decisions and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. We are seeking an exceptionally bright and motivated Executive Assistant to support our Finance Leaders, enhance team effectiveness, and drive seamless business planning and coordination. You will collaborate closely with fellow Executive Assistants across International Ops Finance to deliver against shared goals.
