The role is responsible for creating net-new pipeline, building executive-level demand, and bringing Valorem Reply into more Microsoft-aligned cloud, application modernization, custom software development, data, and AI opportunities. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated record of selling complex professional services engagements and working with technical teams, Microsoft and alliance partners, and client executives to turn early-stage opportunities into signed business.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage net-new enterprise sales pipeline focused on Azure services, application modernization, custom software development, data and AI, cloud infrastructure, and related Microsoft-based services
  • Identify, qualify, shape, and close multi-million-dollar professional services opportunities with enterprise clients
  • Develop executive relationships across business, technology, finance, operations, and industry leadership teams across a broad range of sectors to uncover demand and create credible paths to close
  • Partner with Valorem Reply solution leaders, architects, delivery leaders, and project teams to frame opportunities, develop pursuit strategy, and present differentiated client solutions
  • Work with Microsoft field teams and other alliance partners to identify co-sell opportunities, manage deal registration, and increase Valorem Reply's visibility in strategic pursuits
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecast, next steps, qualification evidence, and close plans for active opportunities

Minimum Requirements
  • 10 years of enterprise sales experience
  • 5 years of experience selling professional services, consulting, Azure, cloud services, application modernization, custom software development, data, AI, or infrastructure solutions
  • Demonstrated experience originating and closing net-new enterprise services opportunities with total contract values of $1M or greater
  • Experience selling to C-level and senior business, technology, and finance stakeholders across complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups
  • Experience working with technical, solution, or delivery teams to qualify scope, business value, delivery risk, and path to close
  • Experience managing qualified pipeline, forecasts, account plans, and opportunity progression in a CRM system

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling Microsoft Azure, Data & AI, application modernization, cloud migration, DevOps, security, infrastructure modernization, or custom software development services
  • Experience working with Microsoft field teams, partner sellers, co-sell motions, marketplace, deal registration, or Microsoft partner programs
  • Existing executive and enterprise relationships across multiple industries, including manufacturing, financial services, retail, healthcare, logistics, energy, technology, or other Azure-relevant sectors
  • Experience working with solution architects or delivery teams to shape statements of work, estimates, proposals, and executive presentations
  • Track record of building pipeline in a new territory, new practice area, or underdeveloped account base
