** CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting a leading, mission-driven healthcare organization in the search for an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO.** This highly visible role serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting executive operations, board administration, and strategic priorities for a rapidly growing organization. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in managing confidential information, coordinating leadership activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of the CEO's office in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

** Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO and assist other executive leaders as needed
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and executive priorities
  • Prioritize and coordinate incoming communications, correspondence, and requests on behalf of the CEO's office
  • Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, board members, employees, community partners, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support all activities related to the Board of Directors, including meeting preparation, communications, and documentation
  • Manage board-related information and maintain accurate records and files
  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Monitor and process executive office expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and budget-related documentation
  • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports to support executive decision-making
  • Maintain highly organized records, files, and administrative systems
  • Ensure the efficient and professional operation of the CEO's office while anticipating and responding to changing priorities

** Qualifications**

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, C-suite leaders, or comparable leadership roles preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong calendar management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Experience utilizing business systems such as expense management, HRIS, travel, telephony, and video conferencing platforms

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
