Job Title: Office Operations Manager Location-Type: Onsite, San Francisco, CA Start Date: ASAP (Monday start required, approximately 2-3 weeks from offer) Duration: Contract, 6 months Compensation Range: 55-70/hour Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role serves as the primary onsite operations partner responsible for facilities coordination, vendor accountability, and workplace process improvement within a fast-paced corporate office environment. Job Summary Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for external janitorial and porter service vendors, conducting daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met across conference rooms, common areas, and community zones. Monitor vendor deliverables against service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate service gaps to the Regional Manager as needed. Produce and maintain comprehensive operational documentation to support day-to-day consistency and business continuity. Assess and streamline site workflows, optimizing local ticketing procedures and inventory management to improve overall efficiency. Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to optimize administrative workflows, streamline ticketing processes, and accelerate documentation drafting. Continually assess and optimize local space utilization to support hybrid work dynamics, seating configurations, and future workplace planning. Provide end-to-end operational support for onsite events, executive visits, and team gatherings, partnering with the Global Events team on seating, catering, building access, and physical logistics. Minimum Requirements: 5 years of hands-on experience in facilities coordination, corporate operations, or premium hospitality services, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong background in coordinating external vendor services, specifically janitorial, facilities, or catering, with demonstrated ability to manage deliverables and hold vendors accountable. Proven ability to analyze physical operational setups, identify inefficiencies, and execute practical process improvements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of collaborating effectively at peer level and with executive stakeholders. Proficiency with Google Workspace, workplace ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), event coordination tools, and modern AI productivity utilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a white-glove or executive-facing corporate office environment. Familiarity with occupancy data tracking, facilities metrics reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Exposure to space utilization planning and hybrid workplace strategies. Experience over formal degree credentials will be considered.
