This role provides critical administrative support to Partners and Executives, ensuring seamless coordination of communications, schedules, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exercises sound judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the firm's CFO and coordinate with Internal Firm Services (IFS) teams, including Finance, Legal and Executive Recruiting, to facilitate and drive cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments.
  • Arrange travel and conference registrations.
  • Prepare and edit Microsoft Office documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide event planning support for internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with special projects, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, supporting Executives or business leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Workday, Egencia, or similar expense and travel platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable supporting Executives across multiple time zones.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Washington residents and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $40.00 - $45.00. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $42.00 - $46.00. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
