We're seeking a temp-to-hireWorkplace Experience Associate to work with our small but tactical team and support an office of over 1,500 people as well as external visitors and guests. In this role you will own the reception experience by greeting all employees and guests, answering phone calls and directing to the appropriate party, receiving and sorting mail and delivering an overall white glove experience.
You'll report to the Workplace Manager and work onsite at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters
This role is an agency assignment working on a temporary-to-hire basis.
Onsite Requirement:
This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
What You'll Do:
  • Greet visitors and assist with the check in & check out process, print badges and notify hosts in a timely manner
  • Ensure the reception area, break area, conference rooms and supply stations are tidy and fully stocked
  • Answer and direct external phone calls with a high level of customer service and professionalism
  • Receive and sort mail and arrange employee pickup
  • Order office supplies in alignment with budgets and brand standards
  • First to respond to all Workplace and Facilities incoming tickets
  • Support Executive Assistants and Executives with onsite coordination to include but not limited to: Booking conference rooms, coordinating offices or desks for use while onsite and ensuring the space has been cleaned prior to visit, ordering food / snacks when applicable
  • Support vendors with access to the office and ensure they follow Collectors' security protocols
  • Own team initiatives to include but not limited to; birthday and anniversary celebrations, biannual team building outings, holiday recognition events and game night and trade night events
  • Manage and audit Workplace created SOP's
  • Complete clerical and administrative tasks within the office to support daily operations
  • Work with the Concierge team to assist customers with pick-up and drop-off submissions
  • Assist with special projects for the Workplace Team

Physical Requirements:
  • Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time
  • Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks
  • Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds
  • Phone Answering: Talking on the phone and texting may be required, as well as manual dexterity to operate a computer and phone system efficiently
  • Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Hourly Range:
The reasonable estimated hourly range for this position is $19-$21. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
