Overview

Established general contractor is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting contract administration, accounting support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Administrator will contribute to a professional environment that values efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork.

What You Do

  • Manage incoming office communications.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Process company documents including contracts, change orders, purchase agreements, proposals, billings, and payroll.
  • Support accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable.
  • Handle filing, proofreading, mail management, and general administrative tasks.
  • Provide assistance to staff and executives as needed.
