Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager - Observability Transformation Program in Juno Beach, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Enterprise Observability Program focused on implementing and integrating monitoring, event management, operational intelligence, reporting, and cloud visibility capabilities across multiple technology platforms.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating a cross-functional team of technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) supporting ScienceLogic, ServiceNow ITOM, Splunk, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, VMware, Wireless Access Platforms (WAP), Database Solutions, and Business Intelligence initiatives. This role will ensure successful delivery of observability capabilities including monitoring scorecards, event management, service visibility, dashboarding, operational reporting, and platform integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise Observability Program across multiple technology workstreams
* Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning
* Establish project governance, status reporting, issue management, and stakeholder communications
* Coordinate activities across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams
* Drive alignment between infrastructure, cloud, operations, service management, and business intelligence teams
Delivery Management:
* Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependencies across all observability initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
* 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience within enterprise IT organizations
* 5+ years leading infrastructure, monitoring, cloud, IT operations, or observability initiatives
* Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple integrated platforms
* Experience managing globally distributed teams, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources
* Experience with executive-level communication and stakeholder management
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
