Job description

NeuroCare Sales Specialist (territory-based)Essential Areas of Responsibility
  • Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
  • Manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions; drive product differentiation and sales targets
  • Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
  • Address market challenges and collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives
  • Maintain call average per sales plan; focus on top target customers
  • Use problem-solving to improve performance in assigned geography/region
  • Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines
  • Achieve sales goals, meet objectives, and complete administrative duties
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred related field)
  • Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
  • Preferred: complex healthcare account management; experience with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders
  • Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience
  • Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year; Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years
Skills/Requirements
  • Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication
  • Ability to engage HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology
  • Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred
  • Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license
Travel

Regular travel (may include air and weekend/overnight).

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)

Salary $88,000–$160,000; eligible for sales incentive plan; comprehensive health, 401(k) match, paid time off, life/disability, and additional benefits.
