As a key member of our motivated team, you will work closely with department heads and stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases, design advanced prompts, and deliver implementation roadmaps that drive measurable business value across operations, supply chain, marketing, HR, and corporate functions.

This role has a very high impact on the company!

Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Pay range: $155,000-$175,000 annually, depending on experience!

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, Unlimited PTO, paid holidays and sick time, 401K, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, growth opportunities, progressive company culture and more!

What the role looks like:

  • Design, develop, and scope AI business cases across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, and other Corporate functions
  • Build proof-of-concept implementations of prioritized use cases, including UI/UX mockups, workflow automation, and process design using Claude and supporting tools
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and partner with the development team to transition validated POCs into production-ready solutions
  • Establish prioritization criteria for use case sequencing and secure executive alignment on implementation timelines, resource allocation, and success metrics
  • Establish and document reusable prompt templates and version-controlled libraries for various internal applications, ensuring consistency and quality across all department implementations
  • Conduct ROI analysis and impact assessments for each use case, translating AI outputs into quantifiable business value
  • Cross-functional collaboration with department heads to identify high-impact use cases and deliver implementation roadmaps
  • Create and maintain executive-ready deliverables including dashboards, visual roadmaps, and performance metrics for governance boards
  • Train and mentor team members on advanced Claude techniques, model capabilities, and prompt optimization strategies
  • Stay ahead of Claude model updates and AI industry trends, continuously evolving our implementation approach
  • Requires some travel ( < 10%) and consistent field engagement on AI initiatives.

Beyond technical skills, we value someone who:

  • Is intellectually curious and passionate about AI's potential to transform business operations.
  • Takes ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and sees them through to completion.
  • Balances technical depth with pragmatism, making decisions based on business impact rather than technical perfection.
  • Communicates clearly with diverse audiences-from executives to individual contributors.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment and is energized by rapid change and innovation.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
