A Role with Visibility & Impact

You won't be sitting behind a desk all day. This role gives you the opportunity to:

  • Build relationships with property managers, developers, and ownership groups
  • Negotiate agreements that directly impact business growth
  • Represent WOW! at industry meetings, networking events, and community functions
  • Play a key role in expanding broadband access within residential communities

What You'll Do

As an MDU Account Executive, you will focus on driving new revenue and maximizing service penetration within multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties and communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Secure Right of Entry (ROE) agreements and Bulk Service Agreements with multi-family communities
  • Develop new business opportunities while renewing and growing existing MDU partnerships
  • Prospect property owners, developers, and management groups to build strategic relationships
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and partner relationships
  • Conduct presentations and business meetings with property managers and developers
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting within Salesforce/CRM systems
  • Respond promptly to leads, customer inquiries, and account needs
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive territory growth and sales performance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in:
    • Telecommunications
    • Multifamily Housing
    • Property Management
    • Real Estate
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience building relationships with executives, property managers, and business partners
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekend events as needed

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Travel Requirements

  • Approximately 25% travel required (vehicle and occasional air travel)
