Our team takes pride in solving complex technical challenges and delivering innovative, customer-focused outcomes.

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join a bright, talented, and dedicated team working on critical infrastructure and security-focused environments. In this role, you will help design, develop, modify, evaluate, and implement hardware and network solutions while contributing technical leadership across multidisciplinary efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to IT personnel, including mentoring, development, and training.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and support the IT network environment across servers, clients, routers, virtual private networks, switches, and firewall devices.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, system, and network issues, including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency concerns.
  • Plan and execute the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of network equipment.
  • Define IT policies and procedures and provide management with status reporting on network health, availability, and trends.
  • Maintain network performance through monitoring, analysis, and tuning.
  • Analyze IT systems and prepare supporting documentation related to performance, stability, interoperability, and lifecycle considerations.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of impact assessments, architecture change recommendations, and CONOPS change recommendations.
  • Secure the IT network through access controls, monitoring, evaluation, and documentation aligned with applicable standards.
  • Participate in the design and development of integrated solutions that meet customer requirements.

Requirements

Required Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a related network engineering or IT infrastructure field.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
  • Knowledge of Internet Protocols, communication protocols, and data and network security.
  • Strong understanding of federal government security requirements, including FISMA and NIST guidelines.
  • Experience supporting government customers.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Must possess current active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II certification; relevant network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIE are a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision).
  • Retirement Plan (401K w/ employer matching).
  • Paid Time Off & 11 Paid Public Holidays.
  • Short and Long-Term Disability.
  • Healthy Work-Life Balance.
  • Training & Development.
