PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Proactively identify and address potential risks or bottlenecks in the production process, recommending solutions to keep projects on track.
  • WORKFLOW & TOOLING IMPROVEMENTS
  • Curious to learn about Netflix applications and internal resources to enhance print production and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on printers, technologies, and associated software
  • Strategize how we eliminate, delegate, or automate our Print Production workflows for maximum efficiency without sacrificing quality or security.

Requirements:
  • 5+years of Marketing/Promotional Production Designer experience at a Creative Agency or Entertainment Studio.
  • Proficient in standard print resolutions and formats.
  • An understanding of CMYK and RGB is a must.
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Fluent in Print formats while understanding the fundamentals of assets management, servicing and trafficking.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience facilitating approvals with high-profile stakeholders is a plus.

Personality Attributes:
  • Collaborative communicator.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
