Position Overview
Snail Games USA is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Translator Liaison / Office Administrator to provide bilingual communication support and administrative coordination for executives and internal teams. This role serves as a key communication bridge between English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, helping facilitate meetings, travel, business operations, and day-to-day office activities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This position requires regular on-site presence and occasional international travel to support executives and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Translation & Executive Liaison Support
  • Provide accurate verbal and written translation between Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Interpret during meetings, interviews, conference calls, presentations, and business discussions.
  • Translate emails, reports, presentations, contracts, and other business documents.
  • Facilitate communication between U.S. and international teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Assist executives with communications, follow-up items, and cross-cultural business interactions.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and action items.

Executive & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries for executives.
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and schedules.
  • Assist with expense reports, documentation, and business correspondence.
  • Support visiting partners, guests, and international delegations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Office Administration
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and office logistics.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Assist with company events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to multiple departments as needed.

Cross-Functional Support.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and Executive Management
  • Support communications and coordination with overseas offices and partners.
  • Help improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, including verbal interpretation and written translation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support, translation, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience supporting executives and international business operations is preferred.
  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or media industries is a plus.

Requirements
  • This position is full-time and on-site at our Beverly Hills office.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
  • Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to accommodate meetings with international teams.
