About The Current Open Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Fleet Executive to join our Sales team in Calgary Alberta.

If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you! This is a hybrid position, and we are seeking a strong candidate based in Calgary, Alberta that wants to come into the office 2-3 days a week and be part of our growing team and contribute to our great culture.

What We're Looking For

· Actively prospect and engage with new businesses, leveraging best practices to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in fleet vehicle leasing and Fleet Management Services.

· Manage warm leads from initial discovery through to closing.

· Prepare and deliver customized presentations to address potential client needs.

· Research and analyze your territory’s sales potential to identify new opportunities.

· Build rapport and establish trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors.

· Maintain a robust pipeline focused primarily on medium-sized enterprises.

· Track and manage activities using CRM software.

· Lead prospects through the contract negotiation process and manage handoff to an account manager, including setup, activation, and training on our fleet management portal.

What You'll Bring

  • University degree (an asset).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales (bonus points for experience in fleet or the oil & gas industry)
  • Proven experience engaging C-suite executives and managing long sales cycles.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to customer service excellence, both for external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in fleet sales (an asset).
