Team members collaborate to deliver a higher standard of private aviation service that looks beyond quotes and listings to what truly impacts the client’s journey.

Role Description This is an on-site role based in Omaha, NE. The individual in this position will support daily operations related to private charter services, including coordinating flight details, communicating with clients and internal teams, and helping ensure that each trip aligns with Solara’s safety and quality standards. Responsibilities may include gathering and organizing operational data, assisting with scheduling and logistics, and following established procedures to support disciplined decision-making.
