About Our Client

Our client is building AI for enterprise supply chains. Today, the world's largest organizations lose tens of millions of dollars annually because they can't enforce what they've negotiated. Our client is targeting that gap and scaling rapidly to meet demand.

This fall they kick off with multiple leading Fortune 500 companies across household names in CPG, retail, healthcare, and more. They've raised $5M from a top-tier VC and angels including a founder/CEO of a major public tech company.

The founding team brings deep procure-tech pedigree, including senior operating and early engineering/AI leadership experience from a multi-billion-dollar procurement startup.

About the Role

Our client is hiring frontend engineers who prioritize learning above all and show a clear trajectory of growth. You'll be more than a founding engineer — you'll be deeply integrated into the founding team and help make the strategic decisions that shape the company.

This is a rare 0-to-1 opportunity to learn how to build, deploy, and solve some of the most important problems in the enterprise. If you want to found a company someday, this role is built for you.

Why Join

  • Quantifiable ROI from day one — saving clients $5–10M annually through supply chain AI
  • High-agency culture — founding-level decision-making exposure that prepares you to start your own company later
  • Strong team pedigree — experienced operating and engineering leadership from a leading procure-tech startup, backed by a top-tier VC with rapid fundraising success

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 0–5 years of frontend engineering at a strong tech company (VC-backed, FAANG, etc.)
  • Track record leading frontend projects, design systems, and similar work
  • Owning product end-to-end — as a founder, founding engineer, or early employee (for larger companies, demonstrated 0→1 or 1→5 product-building experience)

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science

Hard skills

  • Proficiency in React and TypeScript
  • Strong frontend development background

Soft skills

  • High agency and scrappiness to scope and deliver work
  • Strong communicator

Not a fit

  • Backgrounds limited to slow-moving, legacy enterprise companies
  • Multiple short stints (under 1 year each)
