Role Summary
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support C-suite leadership Team in a fast-moving environment. This role partners closely with our founding Executive Assistant and plays a critical part in keeping our executives and our Denver office organized, prepared, energized and focused as the company scales.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has solid executive support experience and is ready to operate at a higher level-balancing multiple executives, navigating shifting priorities, supporting a growing office scope and footprint, and contributing to how company operations run across the company.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% for company gatherings or for site visits.
Location: Denver, CO (hybrid - 4 day in-office role)
Compensation: $90-$125K (Offers Bonus)
Essential Responsibilities

  • Executive Support
    • Provide proactive, high-impact executive support to 3-4 C-suite leaders, enabling focus, alignment, and execution across business-critical priorities
    • Own complex calendar management across time zones and competing priorities
    • Coordinate meetings, leadership sessions, and offsites (logistics, agendas, materials, follow-ups)
    • Arrange travel, itineraries, and expenses with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Operations & Coordination (Office & Executive)
    • Partner with office and events manager on core office responsibilities as needed including, vendor management, office resupply, space management, and event support
    • Serve as connective tissue across the executive team and key stakeholder, ensuring alignment, clarity and follow through
    • Drive follow-through on executive decisions and priorities, ensuring accountability and closure without prompting
    • Maintain organized systems for executive documents, workflows, and shared resources
  • Partnership with Executive Assistant
    • Work closely with partner Executive Assistant to triage requests and manage executive workflows
    • Support special projects, research, and ad-hoc initiatives
    • Serve as backup support as needed and help continuously improve executive support processes
  • Trust, Discretion & Judgment
    • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
    • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate
Education, Skills, and Experience
Required
  • 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role supporting senior company Executives
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Own and proactively manage complex calendars, prioritizing business-critical work and protecting focus time
  • Proficiency with all MS365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams, and other modern collaboration tools
  • Proactivity - Anticipates needs and potential issues before they arise
  • Comfort in ambiguity - Able to navigate gray areas with confidence and accountability
  • Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion and sound judgment
  • Demontrates a bias toward action and the ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced startup environment without sacrificing judgment or quality
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment
  • Able to work off-hours as needed when business needs require
