Westlake Securities has partnered with Hueman to find an Executive Assistant to support their Chief Executive Officer in the full time position located in Austin, TX.
As an Executive Assist you will provide critical support to the leadership team. This role is ideal for a proactive, ambitious professional who can be a trusted partner, managing both day-to-day administrative operations and tactical initiatives that help drive Westlake Securities' continued growth
Westlake Securities is a leading middle market investment bank headquartered in Austin, Texas. Westlake Securities specializes in partnering with middle-market companies seeking to maximize shareholder returns through value-added growth and/or a liquidity event.
As the Executive Administrative Associate, you will:
  • Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for internal and external engagements.
  • Support prospective client funnel management and assist with key initiatives, including timeline and project management.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
  • Assist with CRM upkeep, Outlook management, and other administrative tools; no complex technical responsibilities required.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions.
  • Support speaking engagements, credential-building opportunities, and other initiatives that promote firm growth.
To be successful in the role, you must possess:
  • A minimum of 6 years of administrative experience in a professional services setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, polished presence.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook.
