We're looking for a Field Sales Executive who wants to own a territory, build meaningful customer relationships, and drive long‑term growth in a rapidly expanding business.

Territory: Texas

This position is responsible for developing new business and expanding customer relationships throughout Texas. The successful candidate will establish a strong regional presence through direct customer engagement, partner development, and strategic territory planning.

Compensation
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000–$200,000+
  • Uncapped commission plan

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the growth strategy for an assigned territory
  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and in‑person customer engagement
  • Build relationships with enterprise and mission‑critical customers
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, carriers, distributors, and channel partners to create opportunities
  • Lead consultative sales engagements from discovery through close
  • Build and manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity progression
  • Partner closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, telecommunications, networking, infrastructure, mobility, or related industries
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Experience selling into enterprise, public safety, utilities, transportation, critical infrastructure, or similar markets
  • Experience working with manufacturers, carriers, distributors, VARs, or channel partners
  • Self‑starter who thrives with autonomy, accountability, and territory ownership
  • Ability to navigate both structured procurement and commercial sales cycles
  • Strong relationship‑building, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50–75% within assigned territory
