Executive Administrative Assistant

Level: (2+ YEO)

Contract Role (12 Months, possible to convert)

Pay Range: $30-34/hour

Banking & Financial Industry

Location: Boston, MA

We’re seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior/C-level executives in a fast-paced financial environment. This is a contract role with potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Plan events, arrange travel (domestic/international), and process expense reports.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team platforms, and office support.
  • Create and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience supporting high-level executives (financial services/banking/insurance industry is highly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of O365/Teams a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Concur, SharePoint, Fieldglass, or Ariba is a bonus.
