Job description

Experience Center/Challenger Learning Center Support

Terms of Employment: Part-Time, up to 24 hours per week.ย  Flexible work schedule to include some evenings and weekends.
Classification: Contracted.
FLSA Status:ย  Non-Exempt.
Compensation: $14.00 per Hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for and deliver high-quality and professional programming in Experience Center and Challenger Learning Center in non-traditional and traditional settings including, but not limited to on-site field trips, off-site outreaches, scout activities, birthday parties, camps and public programs, and some special events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors/program participants.
  • Responsible for care and maintenance of program supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure safety of site, activities, and participants; report any accidents, injuries, and safety concerns.
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude and demeanor; effectively represent and act as an Ambassador for the College to faculty, staff, students and visitors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to be punctual, responsible, and flexible.
  • High degree of social and communication skills.ย  ย ย

Supervision Received: Reports to Executive Director of Business Services.
