Hospice Leadership Opportunity to managed seasoned Directors. 

An exciting opportunity awaits with our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry specializing in hospice care. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Director – Operations to join their executive team. This pivotal role is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about strategic growth, operational excellence, and enhancing the quality of compassionate healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive overall growth and market presence within hospice operations.  

- Provide leadership and direction to a seasoned team of senior executives and department heads, fostering high performance and continuous development.  

- Oversee operational initiatives focused on financial stability, including budget management, resource allocation, and achieving targeted EBITA results.  

- Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality scores, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.  

- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify new opportunities and cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation.  

- Support organization-wide leadership development, succession planning, and the retention of top talent.

Requirements:  

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).  

- Proven track record as a senior-level operations executive, preferably within the hospice or broader healthcare sector.  

- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring tenured leadership teams with direct senior reports.  

- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to drive operational efficiency and achieve financial targets.  

- In-depth knowledge of KPIs, quality metrics, and compliance standards relevant to hospice care.  

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
