Job description

Executive Director Leadership Track
Capstone Transportation | A Connect Health Affiliate
Paid 6–8 Month Leadership Development Program
Capstone Transportation is hiring an entrepreneurial, people‑first leader — someone who will run a medical transportation operation with the extensive freedom and responsibility of a local CEO. The first 6–8 months of this role are part of our Executive Director Leadership Track, a hands‑on development program designed to prepare you to make a meaningful impact in your market.
At Capstone, we believe the best leaders stay close to the operation, deeply connected to their people, and empowered to make decisions. We are a field‑driven, decentralized organization where leaders have extensive freedom to make decisions, drive performance, and drive a clear vision for their team and operation. This role is built for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and the chance to build something meaningful in their community.
This hands‑on, 6–8-month training track prepares you to operate as the local owner of an operation — with real responsibility from day one.
During the track – you’ll learn how to:
  • Build and develop high‑performing teams
  • Drive financial performance and manage a P amp;L
  • Improve service quality, safety, and operational excellence
  • Grow community partnerships
  • Lead initiatives that directly impact results
After the Program
Graduates step into the Executive Director role, where you will:
  • Lead your own Capstone operation
  • Make decisions locally
  • Be incentivized on the results you create
  • Grow toward equity opportunities
  • Shape the culture, vision, and performance of your market
Why Capstone
Capstone provides reliable, patient‑centered non‑emergency medical transportation that keeps people connected to the care they need. We move fast, operate close to the field, and empower leaders to make decisions without waiting for corporate approval.
If you want to lead, build, grow, and create meaningful change, you’ll thrive here.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of leadership experience
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to lead teams and drive results
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Organized, values‑driven, and people‑focused
  • Healthcare or transportation experience preferred but not required
About Capstone Transportation
Capstone provides ambulance and non‑emergent medical transportation with a focus on safety, reliability, and compassion. With locations in Texas, Arizona, Utah, Idaho and growing, we empower local leaders through an entrepreneurial, operations‑centered culture and are guided by our core values: celebration, accountability, passion for learning, love one another, intelligent risk‑taking, customer second, and ownership.
About Connect Health
Connect Health bridges critical gaps in healthcare by integrating essential ancillary services that ensure patients receive the right care, at the right time, in the right setting. We bring together mobile diagnostics, medical transportation, long‑term care pharmacy, bedside dialysis, and respiratory therapy to reduce delays, prevent unnecessary hospitalizations, and improve outcomes across the continuum of care.
We are more than a healthcare company — we’re a mission‑driven organization dedicated to connecting people with better outcomes. Our mission is to elevate the standard of care and pioneer meaningful change across the healthcare industry.
