Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living
  • Experience in Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities preferred
  • Must have or be able to obtain required state licensure
  • Knowledge of senior living regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ensure high-quality care and services for all residents
  • Maintain strong communication with residents and their families
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures

  • Lead occupancy development initiatives and community marketing strategies
