Base Salary: $80,000 to $112,500 annually DOE

Job Summary
The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software. The ideal candidate will support Level I & Level II staff, desktop operating system images, virtual desktop interfaces, mobile devices, mobile device software and apply advanced technical knowledge to identify and resolve complex problems. This role will be responsible for the integrity & support of a variety of IT-related systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employee and not intended to reflect all duties performed.
Device & Endpoint Management
• Manage and support all aspects of Ziply Fiber's MDM Solution, Intune. This includes enrollment, compliance and software distribution to Mobile, Tablets, MacOS Devices and Workstations.
• Manage monthly patching cycle for workstations, and MacOS Devices stay within Security policies.
• Perform regular backups on workstations and ensure data integrity and recovery.
• Create, manage, and deploy desktop operating system images, including creation of Auto Pilot grouping and imaging.
• Learn and implement Package Delivery process for "Company Portal".
• Learn and triage any Mac related issues in the Enterprise.
• Assist Sr. IT Administrators with Project Implementation.
Security & Compliance
• Work closely with Cyber Security team to implement appropriate security measures to ensure Ziply Fiber's security health & regulatory compliance.
• Setup and Manage SaaS Print Server for the Enterprise via Printer Logic/Vasion, including the onboarding of any additional printers to Security's Specifications.
IT Operations & Support
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes and system configurations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the company's IT environment.
• Handle all escalated hardware or software troubleshooting tickets from Help Desk.
• Provide Baseline KPIs for Enterprise, include weekly updates on all KPIs.
• Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support in a weekly team rotation.
Executive Support
• Provide white glove support to the Executive suite.
• Be available for on-site support in Everett, WA or Kirkland, WA.
• Image and Deploy Director + hardware with white glove support.
Other Duties
• Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with a Master Data Management (MDM) Solution.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience with Enterprise level support of printers.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing
• Intermediate Knowledge of Android & iOS.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows OS, Mac OSX, Active Directory, O365, and Exchange.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident management and supporting remote users.
• Experienced in optimizing processes and creating comprehensive training materials.
• Comprehension of the ways various IT systems communicate and collaborate.
• Willingness and ability to work on-call and adapt to flexible scheduling as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A+, N+, CCNA, ITIL or equivalent certifications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability and a desire to stay knowledgeable in new and changing technology.
• Self-motivated to identify issues and develop appropriate resolution.
• Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.
